Healthy Weight Awareness Campaign
The Healthy Weight Awareness Campaign provides low-income Maine families eligible for the Maine Food Supplement Program (formerly the Food Stamp Program) with information to take simple steps to help children and families eat healthfully and be active. The Healthy Weight Awareness Campaign is a partnership between the Maine CDC and the Maine Nutrition Network and is funded by the by the USDA Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program

Maine’s Healthy Weight Awareness Campaign Materials:
Availability to Out-of-State Partners
All materials can be downloaded from this website as a free PDF.
Once you have finished selecting materials, complete the attached request form and send to Tina White at tina.m.white@maine.gov. You will be contacted by E-mail or telephone to discuss your selections, including pricing and terms of use. All files are available in Quark 7/Mac File, (on a PC fonts will have to be replaced). Most materials available through the HWAC will be offered at low or no cost. There may be some additional costs associated with the purchasing of photography, modifications to existing materials and delivery services.
When you have selected the actual print materials you wish to use the producing agency will send you a use agreement that confirms your obligation to pay the associated costs.
Once we receive your signed agreement, we will either send you the file, or alter the requested materials to your specifications. The CD will be shipped to you, your agency or printing vendor as you specify.
